9:00 a.m.: I wake up and immediately check my phone for messages and to see what is going on in the world. After looking at any messages from family or friends on Snapchat, Instagram, and Messages, I go to Tik Tok to help myself wake up. After this I check Facebook and finally Twitter to look at local Arizona news stations’ posts about what is happening around the state and world. I do this for about an hour.
10:00 a.m.: I listen to 102.5 fm on the radio on my way to the gym, I don’t hear a lot of news, just listen music.
10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: I work out and do goal setting with my trainer, I do not go on my phone once during this time.
1:30 p.m.- 3:00p.m.: I watch Tik Tok, like my friends’ posts on Instagram, check my work schedule in a Facebook group, check my emails, and message with friends on Snapchat.
3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: I watch Netflix with my roommates.
5:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: I work on homework for different classes using Canvas, Cognella, and The New York Times.
Overall, I must say today was one of those days that I wasn’t on my phone as much as I usually am.
